In conjunction with Awards/Spirit Day scheduled for Sunday, August 1st, the Youth Department is asking EVERYONE to represent the school or team of their choice by wearing a T-shirt or school/team colors to encourage our children/youth as they prepare to begin a new school year!

New Hope will honor our beloved pastor-teacher for thirty-four (34) years (1976-2010) of dedicated service to the New Hope Baptist Church on Sunday, August 22nd during the 10:45 A.M. Worship Experience. All members will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their love tangibly to the gift that God has given to us. (All monetary gifts of appreciation should be made payable to Pastor Leo D. Cyrus, Sr.).

Attention All Parents of Infants and Toddlers: The Church Nursery is now open during the Worship Experience each Sunday for babies 6 months to 3 years of age. Parents can drop kids off beginning at 10:30 A.M. and should pick them up immediately following worship.

All New Hope members were asked to bring a special offering to support the relief effort in Haiti. Anyone who still desires to give can bring their offering for this important cause. This will be an ongoing effort coordinated by The National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.
